burns5After joining the Xerox Corporation in 1980, African American Female Ursula Burns has stamped her named into the history books involving gender in business. Burns is part of Fortune 500 history becoming the first African American Female to head a Fortune 500 company as well as being part of the only Fortune 500 company to have two women in their top posts.
